MBM provided comprehensive quantity surveying services on the construction of a double level multi-unit warehouse facility located in the district of Banksmeadow.
The proposed two-level building will function as a warehouse and distribution facility and will provide a total building area of 14,095m². The building will be broken up into warehouses with office space in each tenancy. Access to the second level of the development will be accessed via concrete ramps for trucks. These warehouses are to have fully enclosed covered areas (FECA) of 6,250m2 and 7,710m2 respectively with separate carparking and hardstand areas.
In addition, the project involves 3 options proposed for piling methodology, with different designs for concrete drive piles and pile caps. MBM has been involved in developing costing for these options to determine which provides the best value for the client.
